PAN Xcelerate is a Westcon and Palo Alto Networks loyalty program specifically designed to educate and empower Westcon Palo Alto Networks resellers to sell Palo Alto Networks with confidence and be rewarded along the way. Participating members will have access to Resources, Events & Webinars and rewards!
Register online at panxcelerate.com.au. You will be required to enter your Wetcon Account Number upon registration. Please allow up to 48 hours for your application to be processed. Once your application has been approved you will be advised by email along with confirmation. To log in you need to use your registered mobile number.
If your organisation does not appear when registering for PAN Xcelerate and you have recently onboarded with Westcon as a reseller, please contact support at [email protected].
Simply go to panxcelerate.com.au and enter your mobile number. You will be sent a verification code to your registered mobile number, enter the code to gain access securely.
There are two types of accounts per organisation.
- Principal Account - Authorised to collect and distribute all rewards relating to the program on behalf of their organisation. Maximum 1 per organisation.
- Team Member account - Can earn points towards the organisations total however does not have authority to distribute rewards.
If you encounter this issue, you have two options:
- Option 1: Modify your registration by changing Account Type to “Team Member”
- Option 2: If you believe you should be designated as the Principal contact, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
Only Principal users of an organisation can redeem, they can redeem when the organisation has a minimum of 2,000 points.
